A Step-by-Step Guide to Requesting a Translation
1
Client Request
- The client submits a document for translation by sending it to us by email.
- Specifies the target language.
- Indicates whether certification of the translation is required (notarial or translation agency).
2
Document Assessment
- The project manager reviews the submitted document (volume, complexity, format).
- A detailed quotation and deadline are prepared and sent to the client.
- Clarifies additional details, including certification type and delivery format.
3
Order Confirmation
- The client confirms the proposed cost and delivery deadline, which form the basis of the service agreement.
4
Translation Process
- The document is assigned to a professional translator with relevant qualifications and expertise in the subject area.
- When necessary, specialized terminology databases and translation tools are used to ensure consistency and accuracy.
5
Quality Check
- The completed translation is reviewed by a proofreader to ensure linguistic quality, terminology accuracy, and correct formatting.
- Additional editing may be carried out if required.
6
Final Document Preparation and Delivery
- After review, the document is prepared and delivered to the client.
- Standard delivery format: Word document, unless otherwise agreed.
- The translation is delivered electronically or in another agreed way.
